The first Apartment was very soiled and lots of dirty stains but all came off. Did a powerful steam cleaning service plus some strong and great chemical\’s that are environmentally friendly but solid strong to get that job done. Overall of the cleaned carpet was perfect.
The Bedroom on the other Apartment WOW there were coutless stains. These stains were very solid and just permanently there. I asked the client when were they done and what it was? cause they were unknown to me, it looked like red wine and even burnt carpet. Most of the stains coame off but some just could\’t 100% come off. I explained to the customer that some might not come off. He said go ahead and do the best you can.
Most of the stains came off but a larger one still is visible but came off 80%, Removed lots of dirt from the carpet though, now it is a clean carpet.
The closet room was very soiled up and strong solid stains. The stains were removed completely and just a cleaned carpet. The customer was very please and happy and I was also very happy with the outcome of this job. We always do our best but sometimes there are stains that won\’t be 100% removed.
