Rates:
Deep scrubbing will cost more and will be added to the bill approx. $30-$40 a room more – this will clean and clean till the dirt comes out – normal cleaning is with steam cleaning but if deep rotary scrubber needed then is more $$$$.
Process:
We spray a solution chemical then we leave it for 10 minute dwell time then we perform the rotary deep scrubber section by section, then we do a wet vacuum extraction. We apply shampoo or other needed chemicals during the process – this method will leave your carpet real clean and you will be happy. Drying time is reduced by having portable fans, please have fans available if you need the drying time to be short.
